Terms Of Service
Effective Date: July 18, 2026. By accessing or using The Outdoor Advertising marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an advertiser/partner account, or booking campaigns through our online directory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you must cease using the platform immediately.
2. Billboard Space Bookings (1-Month Minimum)
The platform operates strictly under a monthly campaign model. The minimum rental scheduling selection for any billboard or digital hoarding is 1 month (30 days). Any custom date configuration below 30 days is automatically rejected by booking safeguards.
🔄 3. Priority Renewal Policy & Overlap Cancellations
To support continuous marketing campaigns, active advertisers have a priority renewal window.
- Grace Period: Campaigns can be renewed at any time during execution, or up to exactly 7 days after the campaign end date. Once 7 days pass, the renewal option is permanently removed.
- Conflicting Overlaps: If a customer exercises their priority renewal, the platform automatically books the subsequent dates. Any conflicting bookings placed by other advertisers for that billboard space are automatically cancelled with a 100% full refund, with no fees deducted.
4. Safety, Legality & Structural Compliance
Maintenance & Safety: The advertiser/lessee (second party) shall be solely responsible for the safety, security, and maintenance of the hoarding/unipole/billboard structures. In the event of any physical accident, structural failure, collapsed panels, or damage caused by negligence, the second party shall bear full financial and legal liability for any loss of life or property.
Prohibited Content & Legality: No obscene, objectionable, politically provocative, or legally prohibited advertisements shall be displayed. Any advertisement banner or material prohibited by the Municipal Corporation, District Administration, or government authority must not be published. Violation of content compliance will trigger immediate campaign termination with no refund.
Government Levies: Any tax, duty, municipal levy, stamp duty, or governmental licensing fee payable to the Central Government, State Government, or local municipal bodies (Varanasi Nagar Nigam, etc.) in connection with this booking is the sole financial responsibility of the advertiser/lessee.
5. GST & Tax Obligations
All ad rates shown on listing boards are base rates excluding taxes. 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) is applicable and added at checkout. The advertiser/lessee is solely responsible for depositing GST in compliance with government directives. The platform bears no liability for compliance failures.
6. Direct Bank Transfers & Manual Approvals
When opting for manual bank or scan-to-pay QR payments, customers must upload an accurate receipt snapshot. Payment verification is performed manually by administrator staff (details are hidden from media partners for privacy). The booking remains on hold as "Awaiting Verification" and updates to "Confirmed" only upon manual verification of transaction validation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with bookings, KYC verifications, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
